The App content, including but not limited to:

• AI-generated images
• Software code
• User interface
• Visual assets

is owned by MorphX and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without explicit written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for:

• Personal, non-commercial creative purposes
• Lawful purposes
• Purposes intended by the App's design

User Content

By creating content using MorphX, you:

• Retain ownership of your created images
• Grant us license to process and deliver your content
• Are responsible for your content

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Reverse engineer the App
• Share account access
• Create inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
